What a pleasure it was to spend the day with Allison and Timothy, capturing the fluidity of the day. We didn't let the damp or cold weather stop us from sealing the essence of the day into numerous photographs. Thank you both for choosing me to be there with you.

They were surrounded by many family and friends showing their support.

Ultimately, however, the day was about joining into a relationship between them and God forever. What a wonderful relationship it is sure to be. Congratulations to you both.

Fabulous July 3rd Wedding

Avid rock climbers, Rhiannon and Jason's love for climbing is overshadowed by their love for one another. It shines in their faces and in every aspect of how they treat one another. It was amazing to be a part of and I thank you both for choosing me to capture these moments for you.

Rhiannon & Jason Preview

It was so great to watch these two exchange vows to each other. Their love for each other so evident in every way. From how they stand next to each other to how they talk with or about the other. I was so blessed to be able to capture their fabulous day and when I saw this photo I couldn't help but share it. To me it is a perfect example of them. Rhiannon and Jason, I look forward to sharing all the other photos with you soon.

Paulene & Chris wed on a fabulous Kauai Beach.

I was so excited when Paulene told me that her and Chris had decided to say I do on a beautiful Kauai beach. Marriage is most definitely an adventure. What better way to start the adventure than to search out the perfect spot. The bride, groom and a few close friends headed out on Saturday afternoon to investigate the eastern part of the island for the perfect beach. The first spot wasn't right for the wedding, although it allowed for some fun driving in the mini van and a slight distraction when the guys saw the dirt bike racing track. Heading north they were sure to find the perfect spot, and find it they did.

We followed the paved walking path down to a short dirt path that led us to a remote and beautiful Donkey Beach. They new almost immediately this was the spot and after some more exploring made the decision that there was no need to keep looking. They had found the place they would say 'I do.' I was so happy for them and excited to see how it would all come together in just a few short days.

It was no surprise at all that Paulene was a most beautiful bride and Chris a most handsome groom.

The entire day was magical as two best friends pledged to spend the rest of their lives together.

Paulene & Chris were extremely lucky as they had a great group of family and friends that flew all the way to Kauai to celebrate with them. It was so wonderful to get to see all the people there that represented so many facets of their lives. Family that has known them their whole life, friends that have known them since childhood and those they have met as a couple. I couldn't be more happy for the two of them.

Congratulations to the both of you. I look forward to many years as friends with the two of you. Thank you so much for letting me capture your day for you.

Ashley & Dan's Wedding in Virginia

On August 8th Ashley and Dan were married at the Historic Kinloch in Supply, Virginia. What an honor it was to be able to photograph my cousin as she wed such a wonderful man. It was wonderful to watch the two of them over the few days that I got to spend with them. Their relationship is truly wonderful. I look forward to sharing all the photos with you. Gonzales Ramseyer Wedding.

Wow! What an amazing last few days. I was given the fabulous opportunity to photograph the wedding weekend of my amazing and wonderful cousin Ashley and her fiance Daniel. They are an amazing couple. Up until this weekend I hadn't had the opportunity to meet Daniel yet, and now that I have I know just what a perfect couple the two of them are.

They were a blast to photograph and I can't wait to get the pictures up for you all to see.

Kim McHugh & Ray Shea - Maui Wedding Pictures

I know many of you have been waiting for this moment, so here you go. First I have to say that Robb and I had a most wonderful time escaping to Hawaii for a week. It made even more special that we were able to witness Kim and Ray getting married on a secluded beach along the northwest shore. The wedding was beautiful, taking place just before sunset. We all tossed our shoes aside and dug our toes in the sand while Gregg led us through an amazing ceremony.

Home Sweet Home!

Our flight landed just before 11pm last night at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. After waiting for a passanger to be offloaded from the plane due to a medical emergency, we were off to baggage claim to get our bags and make a dash for the ferry. We pulled into the dock just before 1:30am and were greeted by my dad who had come to pick us up in the Jeep. Upon arriving at my parents house we decided to just crash there for the night instead of heading straight home. As I leaned down to give the girls hugs while they were nestled in their slumber, Olyvia tucked her arm around me and with a huge smile said "Mommy!" There is nothing like that sound. Ellie didn't stir and after giving tons of hugs and kisses to Olyvia I told her we would catch up more in the morning and to go back to sleep.

Our trip was fabulous and I can't wait to share the pictures and adventures with you all. From the day spent exploring possible beaches for the wedding, to the actual wedding itself. We also couldn't possibly forget the adventureous trip along the Hana highway and around the island.
